Since 1977 PYRAMID AGENCY has provided general services staffing to the tri-county area (Ventura, Santa Barbara and parts of Los Angeles Counties).  Our main efforts have been directed to providing quality applicants to our quality companies.  We recruit our candidates to match the orders. Screening includes face to face, one on one interviews, rather than mass sign-ups and can include background, employment and drug testing if requested.   Applicants are never charged a recruiting fee and may be hired on a temporary, temp-to-hire, direct hire basis.  That is based on the requirements of the client company and the needs of the employee to be hired.  Pyramid Agency has been in the same location since 1990 and centrally located across the street from the Ventura County Courthouse.
